Job Title: Contract Recruiter (High-Volume Sales Hiring)

Location: Richmond, VA 23230 (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 Months

Pay Rate: $50/hr (W2 – No benefits)

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly driven Contract Recruiter to step into a fast-paced, high-impact recruiting environment. In this role, you’ll manage a high-volume portfolio of entry-level sales positions , owning the full-cycle recruiting process from intake to offer.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers and our Managed Service Provider (MSP) Talent Acquisition partner , playing a critical role in building strong talent pipelines, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and keeping hiring moving efficiently and on time.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, entry-level sales roles—from intake and sourcing through offer and pre-onboarding.
  • Lead structured intake and recruiting strategy sessions with hiring managers to align on profiles, sourcing strategies, interview plans, and timelines.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and partnerships with universities, community colleges, and workforce programs.
  • Partner closely with TA Coordinators and MSP vendors to ensure smooth requisition management, interview scheduling, candidate movement, and onboarding coordination.
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and pipeline health.
  • Deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers while managing multiple priorities independently.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience , with strong expertise in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Proven success in managing high-volume requisitions.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate attraction skills.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to identify and implement recruiting process improvements.
  • Working knowledge of compliance requirements related to recruiting and onboarding.
